“Do the cleaning as if you were doing excercise”
This is my experience for more than 10 years.
To begin cleaning, first you must place each thing in its place, in the bedroom, living room, kitchen.
Then dust the furniture, tables and all other surfaces.
Vacuum the floors and carpets.
Clean the toilets, bathrooms, kitchen and lastly wash the floors (I use a mop)
Enjoy a good cup of coffee or tea in your clean home.
